The first ever student and parent  rendezvous session with all school directors was held on 13th and 14th  September, 2021, for students of grade 6-10 and parents from the early years to Grade 10 respectively. As it was a first time experience for all the students, parents and directors to sit together and talk, it was conducted for the entire school management, students and parents to familiarize themselves with one another and build a bridge of communication. The session was moderated by the School’s Vice Principal Ms. Kanchan Mary Pradhan, and further directed by the school directors. It started with an introduction session of the school directors being Ms. Pravina Thapa the School Academic  Director, Ms. Pawitra Limbu the School Director and Mr. Basant Thapa the School Managing Director. 

The session was focused around sharing new updates regarding the school with students and parents. Students as well as parents were able to get internal  information from the school directors about upcoming plans for the school, detailed updates on the ongoing programs, an introduction to the planning and execution of the new school curriculum which is the IBDP,  and the newly built infrastructures. They further emphasized on the inauguration of Premier Sports Academy which is to begin from 18th of September 2021, and is currently concentrating on two major sports: Football and Basketball. The academy is featured by the Sports Brand Ambassador Mr. Kiran Chemjong, the captain of the National Football Team of Nepal. All the participants in the academy would be trained by Mr. Sadish Pradhan Captain of Men’s National Basketball Team, Ms. Sadina Shrestha Captain of Women’s National Basketball Team, and Mr. Chetan Ghimire the coach of the Women’s National Basketball Team. 

In addition, the school Directors gave a run through of the new building for the +2 section of the school, consisting of advanced and present-day interiors and technologies to get students sociable with an environment similar to major universities. The space consisted of a well designed cafeteria with an integration of the newly used technology of electronic cards used for cafeteria payments, a science lab for the senior high, and a library and research center with sitting arrangements for all kinds of students depending on their compatibility and convenience. 

All students look forward to a delightful and decent space to educate themselves, and Premier has definitely been providing them with what they wish to have. The session came to an end with a short question and answer session amongst the students, parents and directors on the specific days, to clear all their doubts on various aspects of the school. This event was one of the most fruitful sessions the students and parents had been a part of as it helped all the members of the school community to make their voices heard, and they look forward to having many more discussions like this in the coming days.
