On 20th and 27th February 2022, a Parent-Teacher Conference was organized for the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP) students. The conference which began at 10:00 am, lasted for 10-15 minutes with each parent. This conference enables the teachers and parents to talk about a child’s improvement, growth, and progress in their overall school assignments and activities throughout the quarter. Each student had their conference at different timings with the grade teachers in their respective classrooms. The PYP students had theirs on 20th February 2022, while the MYP students had theirs on 27th February 2022, at the school.

At the PTC, parents were also provided with their child’s report card, which includes the results of their performance on their academics, extracurricular portfolios, and I.B. (International Baccalaureate) assignments. Premier strongly believes PTC is essential as it helps to strengthen the bond between parents and teachers, and the platform also creates an avenue for any queries to be answered. Parents are a crucial link between children and schools and several studies have shown that collaboration between parents and teachers improves children’s academic achievement, work habits, social skills, and emotional well-being. For this reason, PTC is usually organized every quarter to inform better students’ strengths, needs, behaviors, and learning styles.
