A 3-day long International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) orientation was hosted at Premier International IB Continuum School’s Executive Hall from the 1st – 3rd August 2022. The objective of the event was to welcome the newly admitted DP student and their parents, introduce them to the DP teachers, groom the students for the new session, and familiarize them with the school’s policies and regulations. The teachers also shared their expectations for the upcoming year and what the students would be looking forward to.
The first day of the event was led by the school’s Principal Mr. Niladri Parial. In his impactful speech, he shared the milestones that Premierans have gone through and its human resource policies. The second day was led by the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) Coordinator, Ms. Sharmistha Acharya Mukherjee, who reviewed the IBDP’s procedures, regulations, and plannings for the IBDP teachers. On the last day, all the DP teachers gathered for a meeting where they made plans and preparations for the new session starting 4th August, 2022.
The event was productive and successful as the students and parents got to know about the school’s policies, rules, regulations, and plans for the session. They also got to socialize with each other and prepare for the upcoming semester.
