Student Ambassador’s Interview

The School Ambassadors are chosen student representatives of the school, who act as a bridge between the management and the student. Some of the duties they perform include organizing events like My Story, quiz competitions, giving campus tours to visitors and they are also the face of the school. An interview was organized on the 28th of June 2022, for the Middle Year Program (MYP) students, to select eligible members for the new academic year 2022. The candidates were interviewed by the current Student Ambassadors and their advisors. The interview was held in the school’s Executive Auditorium and the Conference Hall simultaneously from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
The interviewers included two panels. The first panel included the current Ambassadors, Ms. Aashni Rungta, Mr. Arom Pradhan, and the school’s Principal, Mr. Niladri Sekhar Parial. Likewise, the second panel included the current Ambassadors Ms. Aarshiya Gorkhali, Mr. Aditya Gaihre, and Mr. Niroj Maharjan, the team advisor. The questions asked in the interview were based on the candidate’s personality, teamwork, leadership skills, and knowledge of the International Baccalaureate IB Program.
The school’s Student Ambassadors play an important role in the school, as representatives of the school. By giving such leadership opportunities to students, Premier does not only encourage students to take up leadership roles but also provides them opportunities where they actively participate in the decision-making process and access intending members of the team to collectively choose eligible candidates to represent the school on other higher platforms and events.
